Mein erstes Rokoko-Outfit

 

Meine Chemise, nach einem Schnitt von Nehelenia, meinen Lieblings-Schnittmusterdealern. Sie besteht aus feinem Leinen und Baumwollspitze.

Die halbverstärkte Schnürbrust (auch nach Nehelenia) war mein erstes Rokoko-Projekt. Es besteht aus Coutil und ist mit Seidendupion bezogen (gab es im Rokoko nicht, wusste ich da aber noch nicht). Für die Verstärkung habe ich Stahl-Federband verwendet. Das Einfassen der Zaddeln am unteren Teil hat mich fast wahnsinnig gemacht, aber irgendwann habe ich es doch geschafft. Hier habe ich Baumwollschrägband verwendet. Oben die Versäuberung mit dem blauen Satinschrägband war zuerst da, Satinschrägband ist aber nicht so flexibel, deshalb habe ich es nicht mehr für unten verwendet. Auch die blaue Farbe gefällt mir inzwischen nicht mehr. Zeit für eine neue Schnürbrust?

The Half Boned Diderot Stay (Nehelenia Patterns) was my first Rococo project. It is made of coutil and coverd with silk dupioni (which did not exist in this era, but I didn't knew yet). I used steel-boning for the reinforcement. The ability to bind the tabs at the lower part of the corset almost made ​​me crazy, but at last I managed it. Here I have used cotton bias tape. The binding with the blue satin bias tape was first, but it is not as flexible as cotton, so I have not used it for the tabs. Apart from that, the blue color does not please me anymore. Time for a new bodice?

Den Rock habe ich nach einer Anleitung der 'Marquise' gemacht. Er besteht aus Poli-Taft. Auch nicht authentisch, aber mir hat die Farbe zur Robe gefallen.

Und schließlich eine Robe à la Française der 1770er Jahre (Rocking Horse 184), erstmal ein "Probestück" aus günstigerem Baumwolldruck.
